O projeto deve ser formulado com base em condi\u00e7\u00f5es geol\u00f3gicas espec\u00edficas do local, desenhos de projeto, classes de carga, cronograma de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e condi\u00e7\u00f5es do local. Os par\u00e2metros de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e os crit\u00e9rios de controlo devem ser ajustados de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais do projeto, de modo a garantir que a qualidade da melhoria do solo, os indicadores de assentamento e a seguran\u00e7a do servi\u00e7o estejam em conformidade com os requisitos do projeto e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Requisitos de Design para Nivelamento do Local<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Antes da constru\u00e7\u00e3o formal de melhoria do solo, realizar o nivelamento geral do local dentro da zona de tratamento de solo mole. Remover o solo superficial irregular e re-regular o terreno para fornecer uma superf\u00edcie de trabalho limpa e plana para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o subsequente de PVD, coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de membrana de veda\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00f5es de pr\u00e9-carregamento a v\u00e1cuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Nenhum padr\u00e3o fixo se aplica ao nivelamento do local. Requisitos de Design para Tecnologia de Melhoria do Solo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Selecionar a tecnologia de melhoria do solo mole mais adequada considerando de forma abrangente a geologia do projeto, crit\u00e9rios de controlo de assentamento e cronograma de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. As Drains Verticais Pr\u00e9-fabricadas (PVDs) combinadas com consolida\u00e7\u00e3o por pr\u00e9-carregamento a v\u00e1cuo s\u00e3o a tecnologia de uso geral predominante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Nenhum valor fixo \u00e9 especificado para par\u00e2metros t\u00e9cnicos, escopo de melhoria e crit\u00e9rios de controlo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Para projetos convencionais, a dura\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9-carregamento de carga total deve ser controlada em 90 dias, podendo ser ajustada de forma flex\u00edvel de acordo com os requisitos reais de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Antes de descarregar, compilar dados completos de monitoramento de assentamento durante todo o processo e consolidar os documentos de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o. Requisitos de Pr\u00e9-tratamento do Local e Controle de Eleva\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Antes da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, remover completamente blocos de rochas, ra\u00edzes de plantas, detritos e camadas fracas de intercalamento no solo rec\u00e9m-preenchido no local, de modo a evitar impactos adversos do solo superficial pobre na qualidade da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de PVD e no desempenho de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Ap\u00f3s a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de detritos, nivelar o local at\u00e9 a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o projetada. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o deve estar em conformidade com os requisitos espec\u00edficos do projeto e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Para projetos convencionais, a toler\u00e2ncia de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o deve estar dentro de 10 cm. Requisitos de Design e Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de PVD<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, modelos e padr\u00f5es de layout das drenas verticais pr\u00e9-fabricadas devem estar em conformidade com os desenhos especiais do projeto. S\u00e3o comumente adotados PVD\u2011B ou PVD\u2011C, dispostos em padr\u00f5es quadrados ou em padr\u00e3o de ameixa (flor de ameixa). O espa\u00e7amento e a profundidade de penetra\u00e7\u00e3o devem seguir estritamente os desenhos de perfil e detalhes, podendo ser otimizados de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es geol\u00f3gicas do local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09A qualidade do PVD deve satisfazer os requisitos do *Padr\u00e3o de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de Qualidade para Drains Verticais Pr\u00e9-fabricadas* (JTS\/T 206\u20111\u20112023). Documentos completos, incluindo certificados de f\u00e1brica e relat\u00f3rios de auto-inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do fabricante, devem ser fornecidos na entrega do material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Os materiais entregues devem ser amostrados e testados de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e requisitos do projeto. As sa\u00eddas de \u00e1gua dever\u00e3o estar localizadas em \u00e1reas baixas do site para garantir uma drenagem suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Melhorar o sistema de drenagem superficial para evitar encharcamento de solo mole, danos \u00e0 estrutura de veda\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo e deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho de pr\u00e9-carregamento e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o.
