Bhd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tempoh Pembinaan:<\/strong> Julai 2020 \u2013 November 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Latar Belakang Projek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yang <strong>Universiti Sains dan Teknologi Hong Kong (Kampus Guangzhou)<\/strong> terletak di <strong>bahagian barat laut Kawasan Hub Nansha Qingsheng<\/strong>, sebuah projek pendidikan dan penyelidikan utama di <strong>Wilayah Greater Bay<\/strong>.<br>Ia memainkan peranan penting dalam membudayakan bakat pelbagai disiplin dari <strong>Hong Kong, Macau, dan sembilan bandar di seluruh Wilayah Guangdong<\/strong>, mempromosikan integrasi mendalam pendidikan, penyelidikan, dan industri, serta memacu pembangunan wilayah yang terkoordinasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kampus ini merangkumi <strong>kelas, makmal, perpustakaan, bangunan pentadbiran, kemudahan sukan, dewan, asrama pelajar, dan kafeteria<\/strong>, meliputi 12 zon fungsi.<br>Projek ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan <strong>pusat pengajian tinggi bertaraf antarabangsa kelas pertama<\/strong> dengan asas yang kukuh dan stabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/soilimprovementsz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/\u9999\u6e2f\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u5e7f\u5dde\u6821\u533a\uff09\u8f6f\u57fa\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u7a0b\u9879\u76ee.png\" alt=\"Penambahbaikan Tanah\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaedah Pembinaan: Saluran Menegak Plastik (PVD) + Pra-penekanan Vakum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selepas penilaian teknikal menyeluruh, projek ini mengguna pakai <strong>kaedah gabungan Saluran Menegak Plastik (PVD) dan Pra-penekanan Vakum<\/strong> untuk mengukuhkan asas lembut.<br>Teknik ini mempercepatkan pengukuhan tanah liat jenuh di bawah tekanan negatif, meningkatkan kekuatan dan kestabilan tanah \u2014 satu kaedah yang terbukti, berkesan untuk <strong>peningkatan tanah lembut<\/strong> di kawasan pantai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/soilimprovementsz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/\u9999\u6e2f\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u5e7f\u5dde\u6821\u533a\uff09\u8f6f\u57fa\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u7a0b\u9879\u76ee.png\" alt=\"Tapak Pembinaan\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pemasangan PVD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jarak saluran: 100 cm \u00d7 100 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensi saluran: 100 \u00d7 4.5 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corak pemasangan: Segitiga sama sisi, kedalaman reka bentuk 20.0\u201320.4 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tujuan:<\/strong> Pengaliran air pori yang pantas, pemadatan yang dipercepat, dan peningkatan daya sokongan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Susun atur Paip Pengaliran Mendatar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sambungan kepada saluran mendatar untuk mengalirkan air pori secara seragam dan meningkatkan kecekapan pengaliran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Penutup Membran dan Pembinaan Dinding Tanah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>geomembrane<\/strong> digunakan untuk menutup permukaan, dan <strong>dinding tanah<\/strong> dibina di sepanjang perimeter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menjamin kedap udara dan kestabilan sistem semasa pam vakum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Operasi Pra-penekanan Vakum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pam vakum menghasilkan persekitaran tekanan negatif untuk mengeluarkan air pori dari tanah;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digabungkan dengan beban surcharge untuk mempercepatkan pemadatan dan mengawal penurunan tanah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pemantauan Pembinaan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dipasang <strong>pengukur penurunan tanah<\/strong> dan <strong>piezometer<\/strong> untuk memantau tekanan air pori dan deformasi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pengesanan masa nyata dan pelarasan tekanan dinamik memastikan keselamatan dan kualiti sepanjang pembinaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sorotan Teknikal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Teknologi Pratempur Vakum yang Ditingkatkan:<\/strong> Paten Shengzhou\u2019s <em>Sistem Pratempur Vakum Pemisahan Air-Udara<\/em> secara ketara meningkatkan kecekapan dan kestabilan vakum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pemantauan Pintar:<\/strong> Automasi masa nyata mengesan tahap vakum, penempatan, dan variasi tekanan liang untuk kawalan yang tepat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hijau dan Mampan:<\/strong> Penggunaan tenaga yang rendah, tiada pelepasan, dan operasi mesra alam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kecekapan Tinggi:<\/strong> Masa pembinaan dipendekkan sebanyak 30%, dengan hasil penstabilan dan penggabungan yang seragam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kepentingan Projek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projek <strong>peningkatan tanah lembut<\/strong> menjamin asas yang stabil dan boleh dipercayai untuk pembinaan HKUST (Kampus Guangzhou).<br>Ia menunjukkan prestasi cemerlang <strong>sistem pratempur vakum pemisahan air-udara yang dipatenkan Shengzhou<\/strong> dalam infrastruktur pendidikan dan penyelidikan berskala besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apabila selesai, projek ini menyediakan asas kukuh untuk bangunan utama kampus, menyokong visi <strong>inovasi, pendidikan, dan integrasi industri di Wilayah Greater Bay.<\/strong>.<br>Ia juga mempamerkan <strong>kecemerlangan teknikal dan kepimpinan Shengzhou<\/strong> dalam bidang <strong>pengepulan vakum dan pengukuhan
