Reka bentuk hendaklah dirangka berdasarkan keperluan khusus projek mengikut keadaan geologi tapak, lukisan reka bentuk, aras beban, jadual pembinaan dan keadaan tapak. Parameter pembinaan dan kriteria kawalan hendaklah disesuaikan mengikut keadaan sebenar projek, bagi memastikan kualiti peningkatan tanah, indikator penyusutan dan keselamatan perkhidmatan mematuhi keperluan reka bentuk dan spesifikasi projek. Keperluan Reka Bentuk Penstabilan Tapak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Sebelum pembinaan peningkatan tanah secara rasmi, lakukan penstabilan tapak keseluruhan dalam zon rawatan tanah lembut. Buang tanah atas yang tidak rata dan laraskan semula kawasan tanah untuk menyediakan permukaan kerja yang kemas dan rata bagi pemasangan PVD, pemasangan membran penutup dan operasi pramuatan vakum seterusnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Tiada piawaian tetap yang digunakan untuk penstabilan tapak. Keperluan Reka Bentuk Teknologi Peningkatan Tanah<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Pilih teknologi peningkatan tanah lembut yang optimum dengan pertimbangan menyeluruh terhadap geologi projek, kriteria kawalan penyusutan dan jadual pembinaan. Saluran Menegak Prafabikasi (PVD) yang digabungkan dengan pemampatan pramuatan vakum adalah teknologi utama yang bersifat umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Tiada nilai tetap yang ditetapkan untuk parameter teknikal, skop peningkatan dan kriteria kawalan pembinaan. Untuk projek konvensional, tempoh pramuatan penuh hendaklah dikawal dalam 90 hari, yang boleh disesuaikan secara fleksibel mengikut keperluan pemampatan sebenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Sebelum pelepasan beban, kumpulkan data pemantauan penyusutan lengkap sepanjang proses dan satukan dokumen penerimaan. Keperluan Pra-rawatan Tapak dan Kawalan Ketinggian<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Sebelum pembinaan, buang secara menyeluruh batu besar, akar tanaman, barangan kecil dan lapisan lemah di dalam tanah yang baru diisi di tapak, bagi mengelakkan impak buruk tanah atas yang tidak baik terhadap kualiti pemasangan PVD dan prestasi pemadatan tanah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Selepas pembersihan serpihan, laraskan tapak kepada ketinggian yang direka. Penyimpangan ketinggian hendaklah mematuhi keperluan reka bentuk dan spesifikasi projek khusus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Untuk projek konvensional, toleransi ketinggian hendaklah dalam 10 cm. Keperluan Reka Bentuk dan Pemeriksaan PVD<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Spesifikasi, model dan pola susun atur saluran menegak prafabikasi hendaklah mematuhi lukisan projek khas. PVD SPB\u2011B atau SPB\u2011C biasanya digunakan, disusun dalam pola segi empat atau berselang (bunga plum). Jarak dan kedalaman penembusan hendaklah mengikuti profil dan lukisan butiran dengan ketat, dan boleh dioptimumkan mengikut keadaan geologi tapak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Kualiti PVD hendaklah memenuhi keperluan *Standard Pemeriksaan Kualiti untuk Saluran Menegak Prafabikasi* (JTS\/T 206\u20111\u20112023). Dokumen lengkap termasuk sijil kilang dan laporan pemeriksaan kendiri pengeluar hendaklah disediakan semasa penghantaran bahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Bahan yang dihantar hendaklah diambil sampel dan diuji mengikut spesifikasi dan keperluan projek. Saliran air hendaklah ditempatkan di kawasan rendah tapak untuk menjamin pengaliran lancar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Tingkatkan sistem pengaliran permukaan untuk mengelakkan tanah lembut yang basah disebabkan oleh genangan air, kerosakan kepada struktur penebat vakum dan kemerosotan prestasi pra-pemampatan.
