La conception doit \u00eatre formul\u00e9e sur une base sp\u00e9cifique au projet en fonction des conditions g\u00e9ologiques du site, des plans de conception, des classes de charge, du calendrier de construction et des conditions du site. Les param\u00e8tres de construction et les crit\u00e8res de contr\u00f4le doivent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9s en fonction des conditions r\u00e9elles du projet, afin de garantir que la qualit\u00e9 de l'am\u00e9lioration du sol, les indicateurs de tassement et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de service respectent les exigences de conception et de sp\u00e9cification du projet. Exigences de conception pour le nivellement du site<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Avant la construction formelle de l'am\u00e9lioration du sol, effectuer un nivellement global du site dans la zone de traitement des sols mous. Enlever la couche de sol superficiel in\u00e9gale et re-niveler le terrain pour fournir une surface de travail propre et plane pour l'installation ult\u00e9rieure de drains verticaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s (PVD), la pose de la membrane d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et les op\u00e9rations de pr\u00e9chargement sous vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Aucune norme fixe ne s'applique au nivellement du site. Exigences de conception pour la technologie d'am\u00e9lioration du sol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09S\u00e9lectionner la technologie d'am\u00e9lioration du sol mou optimale en consid\u00e9rant de mani\u00e8re globale la g\u00e9ologie du projet, les crit\u00e8res de contr\u00f4le du tassement et le calendrier de construction. Les drains verticaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s (PVD) combin\u00e9s avec le consolidation par pr\u00e9chargement sous vide sont la technologie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale principale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Aucune valeur fixe n'est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pour les param\u00e8tres techniques, la port\u00e9e d'am\u00e9lioration et les crit\u00e8res de contr\u00f4le de la construction. Pour les projets conventionnels, la dur\u00e9e du pr\u00e9chargement \u00e0 charge compl\u00e8te doit \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 90\u202fjours, mais peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re flexible en fonction des exigences r\u00e9elles de consolidation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Avant le d\u00e9chargement, compiler des donn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes de surveillance du tassement tout au long du processus et consolider les documents d'acceptation. Exigences de pr\u00e9-traitement du site et de contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Avant la construction, \u00e9liminer soigneusement les rochers, les racines de plantes, les d\u00e9bris et les couches faibles dans le sol nouvellement rempli sur le site, afin de pr\u00e9venir les impacts n\u00e9gatifs d'un mauvais sol superficiel sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'installation des PVD et la performance de consolidation du sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09Apr\u00e8s le nettoyage des d\u00e9bris, niveler le site \u00e0 l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation con\u00e7ue. La d\u00e9viation d'\u00e9l\u00e9vation doit respecter les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de conception et de sp\u00e9cification du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Pour les projets conventionnels, la tol\u00e9rance d'\u00e9l\u00e9vation doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10\u202fcm. Exigences de conception et d'inspection des PVD<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff081\uff09Les sp\u00e9cifications, mod\u00e8les et sch\u00e9mas de disposition des drains verticaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s doivent respecter les plans sp\u00e9ciaux du projet. Les PVD SPB\u2011B ou SPB\u2011C sont couramment adopt\u00e9s, dispos\u00e9s en motifs carr\u00e9s ou en motifs en fleurs de prunier (en quinconce). L'espacement et la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration doivent suivre strictement les profils et dessins d\u00e9taill\u00e9s, et peuvent \u00eatre optimis\u00e9s en fonction des conditions g\u00e9ologiques du site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff082\uff09 La qualit\u00e9 des PVD doit satisfaire aux exigences de la *Norme d'inspection de qualit\u00e9 pour les drains verticaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s* (JTS\/T 206\u20111\u20112023). Des documents complets, y compris les certificats d'usine et les rapports d'auto-inspection du fabricant, doivent \u00eatre fournis lors de la livraison des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09 Les mat\u00e9riaux livr\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s et test\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications et aux exigences du projet. Les sorties d'eau doivent \u00eatre situ\u00e9es dans des zones basses du site pour garantir un drainage fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff083\uff09Am\u00e9liorer le syst\u00e8me de drainage de surface pour \u00e9viter l'engorgement du sol mou, les dommages \u00e0 la structure d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sous vide et la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des performances de pr\u00e9chargement-consolidation.
