Le parc industriel du commerce \u00e9lectronique JD Zhongshan & Centre de r\u00e8glement des op\u00e9rations (JD Asia-One Zhongshan Huangpu Parc logistique) a un investissement total d'environ 900 millions de RMB et couvre une superficie de 305\u202fmu. En tant que centre logistique de commerce \u00e9lectronique moderne \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle int\u00e9grant l'entreposage intelligent, le transport multimodal, la distribution urbaine et des services complets, il dessert Zhongshan et l'ouest du Sud de la Chine et a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en service \u00e0 la fin de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situ\u00e9 dans le village de Sule, dans la ville de Huangpu, la zone du projet couvre une superficie totale de 203\u202f408,1\u202fm\u00b2, dont 79\u202f187,8\u202fm\u00b2 (zone routi\u00e8re) sont soumises \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des sols mous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le site pr\u00e9sente une g\u00e9ologie c\u00f4ti\u00e8re typique avec des sols mous largement r\u00e9partis, comprenant des couches de limon et de sols limoneux. Caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une forte teneur en humidit\u00e9, une haute compressibilit\u00e9 et une faible capacit\u00e9 portante, le sol est sujet \u00e0 un affaissement in\u00e9gal et ne peut pas r\u00e9pondre directement aux normes de charge pour la construction et l'exploitation ult\u00e9rieure du parc \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s comparaison et d\u00e9monstration de plusieurs sch\u00e9mas en tenant compte des performances d'am\u00e9lioration et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques, la technique de pr\u00e9chargement sous vide combin\u00e9e au pr\u00e9chargement par eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e pour la consolidation du sol. L'ensemble des travaux d'am\u00e9lioration des sols mous a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Guangzhou Sunzo Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face aux d\u00e9fis de construction li\u00e9s aux sols c\u00f4tiers profonds dans le delta de la Rivi\u00e8re des Perles, l'\u00e9quipe du projet a efficacement achev\u00e9 la consolidation du sol sur pr\u00e8s de 80\u202f000\u202fm\u00b2 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de pr\u00e9chargement sous vide et \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de gestion sur site standardis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois termin\u00e9, tous les indicateurs, y compris la capacit\u00e9 portante du site et l'affaissement, ont r\u00e9pondu aux exigences de conception et de sp\u00e9cification, r\u00e9solvant efficacement les probl\u00e8mes de fondation tels que l'affaissement et l'instabilit\u00e9 des sols mous c\u00f4tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
