Le projet est situ\u00e9 dans une baie ouverte sans barri\u00e8res naturelles, o\u00f9 le vent et les vagues sont fr\u00e9quents. Les jours ouvrables effectifs annuels sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 220 jours. La hauteur normale des vagues varie de 1 \u00e0 1,5 m\u00e8tres, tandis que la hauteur extr\u00eame peut atteindre 3 m\u00e8tres. De telles conditions provoquent facilement des secousses et des d\u00e9viations de positionnement des barges d'installation PVD, entra\u00eenant une d\u00e9viation de la verticalit\u00e9 des drains verticaux d\u00e9passant la limite de sp\u00e9cification de 1,5%, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 une suspension des travaux, des dommages \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement et \u00e0 la destruction des sections finies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La profondeur de l'eau dans la zone de construction varie consid\u00e9rablement de 3 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 24 m\u00e8tres, avec un m\u00e9lange complexe d'eaux peu profondes et profondes. La couche de limon sous-marine fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 25 \u00e0 30 m\u00e8tres d'\u00e9paisseur, imposant des exigences strictes sur la performance des barges de construction marines, des \u00e9quipements d'installation PVD et la comp\u00e9tence op\u00e9rationnelle des \u00e9quipes de construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. La plage de mar\u00e9e locale atteint 2,8 m\u00e8tres, et la vitesse du courant dans certaines zones peut atteindre 0,24 m\/s.
