R\u00e9cemment, l'extraction et le test des carottes pour les pieux de m\u00e9lange de ciment du projet d'am\u00e9lioration du sol de la zone portuaire de Yangjiang Port Hailing Bay Jishu Operation Area, quais 5#\u20137#, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les colonnes de pieux sont compl\u00e8tes, la r\u00e9sistance r\u00e9pond aux exigences de conception, et le m\u00e9lange est uniforme. Toute fracture ou cavit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du pieu peut potentiellement compromettre toute la structure. Lors des tests du projet de Yangjiang, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la continuit\u00e9 et l'absence de d\u00e9fauts des \u00e9chantillons de carottes. Les carottes extraites \u00e9taient compl\u00e8tes et cylindriques, correspondant \u00e0 la profondeur con\u00e7ue du pieu, sans vides ni fractures. La surface \u00e9tait lisse et uniforme, sans nids d'abeilles ni couches l\u00e2ches. L'efficacit\u00e9 de l'am\u00e9lioration du sol d\u00e9pend fortement de la conformit\u00e9 ou du d\u00e9passement des sp\u00e9cifications de r\u00e9sistance du pieu. Les \u00e9chantillons de carottes collect\u00e9s dans ce projet ont atteint la r\u00e9sistance requise, confirmant que la r\u00e9action ciment-sol s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e correctement et que la performance portante de la fondation est fiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me contr\u00f4le : Uniformit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange \u2014 Pas de zones faibles, pas d'angles morts<br>Un m\u00e9lange in\u00e9gal peut entra\u00eener des \u201c couches sandwich \u201d, ce qui affaiblit consid\u00e9rablement la performance du pieu. Dans ce projet, les \u00e9chantillons de carottes pr\u00e9sentaient une couleur gris-blanc coh\u00e9rente, sans taches de sol jaune. Lorsqu'on les tapotait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, le son \u00e9tait clair ; les surfaces de fracture \u00e9taient fermes et lisses ; m\u00eame sous conditions humides, le mat\u00e9riau du noyau restait consolid\u00e9. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques montrent que la boue de ciment et le sol in situ ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement m\u00e9lang\u00e9s, sans r\u00e9gions \u201c non m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u201d ou faibles \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du pieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces trois contr\u00f4les se compl\u00e8tent, garantissant que les pieux de m\u00e9lange de ciment du projet de Yangjiang ont pass\u00e9 toutes les inspections.
